1. Use of the Website

  • You will not attempt to compromise the security, availability or integrity of the website or its underlying systems.

2. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or purchasing services.
  • Supply required content, assets and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure that any content you provide does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials shared with you.

3. Services & Deliverables

  • Scope of each service package (Standard Website, Advance Website, Web Application) is as described on our Services page and in the signed proposal.
  • Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a change request and may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery timelines (72 hours / 1 week / custom) begin after receipt of payment and required content.

4. Payment Terms

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may attract applicable taxes.
  • Payment schedule is typically 50% upfront and 50% before go-live, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Ongoing services (hosting, maintenance) are billed annually or as per agreed terms.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the domain, content and the custom code delivered for the project.
  • Third-party libraries, plugins and frameworks used remain subject to their original licenses.
  • We may use the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Liability Limitations

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service during the three months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including loss of profits, revenue or data.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, losses or damages caused by third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways, etc.).
  • We are not liable for any misuse of the website or application by the client or its users.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure, though we take industry-standard measures to ensure quality and reliability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of our systems. The client may terminate services as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
