This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which Aaradhya Web Solutions offers refunds and accepts cancellations for its services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.
1. Refund Eligibility
Because our services are delivered digitally and involve custom development work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You cancel before any design, development or provisioning work has commenced.
- We are unable to deliver the service within the timelines committed in the proposal, despite receiving all required content and approvals.
- A duplicate payment has been charged due to a technical issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Once design mockups, development or deployment work has begun.
- After a website or application has gone live or been handed over.
- Delays caused by the client failing to provide required content, feedback or approvals.
- Third-party charges (domain registration, SSL beyond free tier, hosting upgrades, paid plugins/licenses) that have already been paid on the client's behalf.
- Annual renewals of hosting/domain/maintenance services that have already been activated.
3. Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing contact@aaradhyawebsolutions.com from the same email used at the time of purchase.
- The request must include the order/invoice number, payment reference and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests are acknowledged within 2 business days.
- If a project has been partially completed, we will deduct the value of work already done and refund the remainder (if any) per the table below.
4. Work-Stage Refund Slabs (Indicative)
- Before work starts: Up to 90% refund (10% administrative fee retained).
- After design phase begins: Up to 50% refund.
- After development phase begins: Up to 25% refund, subject to review.
- After go-live / handover: Non-refundable.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. The refund is credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The actual reflection of the amount in your bank/card statement depends on your bank's processing time.
6. Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of associated services.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
